At Primexlr, we ship every order fast, tracked, and protected — so your gear reaches you ready for your next workout.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

 

Shipping Times (United States)

Most Primexlr products ship from US warehouses and arrive within 2–6 business days after processing. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently focus on the United States. Shipping to the UK and UAE is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified.

 

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Use the Track Order page in our footer and enter your tracking number at any time. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

 

Delays

Carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-demand periods can occasionally extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we will make it right.
