Return Policy

We want you to love your Primexlr gear. If something is not right, we make returns simple.

 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full — including shipping — at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

Want a different color or model? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, used towels and worn apparel cannot be returned.
